Dominance: An object or color that stands out in relation to the rest of the painting.
Intensity: The strength brightness or purity of a color.
Temperature: The relative warmness or coolness of a color.
Shadow Color: The color of a shadow is the compliment of the color of the light source.

The artist protects me

Core: The darkest part of a forms shadow.
Shadow: An area that is not exposed to direct light.
